Metadata Access Agreement
The parties providing the metadata grant users, and those directly under user’s supervision, a non-exclusive licence to the metadata strictly for academic and research purposes.
The parties providing the metadata accept no responsibility for any use which may be made of the metadata nor for any reliance which may be placed on the metadata, nor for advice or information given in connection with them.
Any publication of the metadata must acknowledge the use of DPAU resources including the source data.
To acknowledge DPAU the following phrase must be used:

Acknowledgement of data from specific datasets must be agreed upon with the data custodian for each dataset.
A copy of or electronic link to any publication arising from the use of the metadata provided by DPAU should be sent to dpau@unsw.edu.au within three months of the publication date.
